The product

What is a hire-difficulty report?

A short, data-backed read on how hard a specific healthcare opening will be to fill. We draw a radius around the job, measure the licensed candidate pool and local demand inside it, compare your pay with local wage data, and combine it all into a 0 to 10 index with the drivers and the levers you can pull.

Why “radius”?

Most candidates for a bedside or pharmacy role live within commuting distance. ReqRadius measures the candidate pool within a set radius of your job (straight-line; Reports compare 10, 25, and 50 miles), rather than using statewide averages that hide local shortages.

Who is it for?

Hospital and health-system HR, talent acquisition, and finance leaders, pharmacy and clinic operators, and staffing firms or consultancies that need market data for their clients. It covers healthcare roles anywhere in the US.

Which roles and places are supported?

Healthcare roles, from nursing, pharmacy, and therapy to imaging, lab, and support staff, anywhere in the US by city and state. Type the job title the way you would post it, and the order form shows the standard occupation we will analyze so you can confirm it before you order.

What is the difference between the plans?

The free Hire-Difficulty Check shows the band (Standard, Elevated, or Hard) and the single biggest reason for one role and one city, on screen. The Score ($9.99) adds the full 0 to 10 index, all five drivers explained in plain sentences, and a pay check against local BLS 25th, 50th, and 75th percentiles, as an instant one-page PDF. The Report ($14.99, our most popular) adds licensed-professional counts within 10, 25, and 50 miles, nearby competing workplaces with Google ratings, typical days open against the BLS JOLTS trend, and three specific levers with their expected effect, delivered within minutes. The Hiring Pack ($24.99) adds a one-page leadership summary for your CFO, a suggested offer range, Benefits That Win This Role, Recruiting Events Near You, a job posting rewritten for the market, a short sourcing plan, and one free re-check within 30 days. The Report includes a one-line pointer to the benefits section. The Hiring Pack extras are written automatically (AI-assisted) from your report data and delivered within minutes, like every plan.

How many free checks can I run?

Free during launch: up to 3 reports per email each month. The free check needs an email so we can hold that limit. For more detail on a role, the Score is $9.99.

Data and methodology

What data do you use?

Public labor-market sources such as BLS, O*NET, state license counts, and JOLTS, reported as totals for an area, plus your own inputs. See data sources.

How are Google ratings used?

In Reports and Hiring Packs, we display each nearby workplace's current Google star rating and rating count, fetched live when you view the order in your portal, with “Google Maps” attribution. They give context alongside the index (weight 0%).

What is in Benefits That Win This Role?

A ranked list of benefits for the role family, each marked as baseline (candidates expect it) or differentiator (it sets your offer apart), with a short explanation and a cited public source. It is in the Hiring Pack.

What is in Recruiting Events Near You?

Event formats that suit the role, and local venues near your city where you could hold them. Venue details are checked on each venue’s own website as of the date shown in the report, and costs are estimates. It is in the Hiring Pack.

Who builds my report?

An automated pipeline builds every report. Before delivery, automated quality checks verify data freshness, small counts, and every field. Hiring Pack extras (leadership summary, offer range, benefits, recruiting events, job posting, sourcing plan) are AI-written from the same data and pass the same checks.

What if some of my inputs are blank?

The affected component is re-weighted and the report is clearly labeled a partial index or market-only index.

Are the sample reports real?

Yes. Each one is real output from public data for that city. The hiring inputs, like the offer and days open, are illustrative, so every sample is labeled “Sample report.”

Ordering, delivery, and billing

How fast is delivery?

The free check is instant on screen. The Score is an instant PDF; the Report and the Hiring Pack arrive within minutes. Every plan is fully automated: order in, report out, usually in minutes. You can follow status in the client portal (Received, Building, Quality check, Delivered), and you get an automatic email when your report is ready.

Is it self-serve?

Yes. Order, pay, and download on your own, any time. Everything is fully automated. If you'd like help, email [email protected].

How do I pay?

By card through Stripe's hosted checkout, once per inquiry. Stripe handles your card details and emails your receipt. Each order is a single payment.

Can I pay with a corporate card?

Yes. Every plan is under $25, so it fits on a corporate card. Card is the payment method for every plan.

What if a report has an error?

Tell us within 2 business days, from your order page or by emailing [email protected] with your order ID, and we'll automatically re-run it or refund that order in full to your card.

Is the data exclusive to me?

Reports describe a market, so other buyers may order reports for the same area. Your own inputs stay private to your account.
