Terms of Service
Effective September 29, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the reqradius.com website, the ReqRadius client portal, and the reports and other deliverables we provide (together, the “Service”). The Service is operated by ReqRadius LLC, an Oklahoma limited liability company (“ReqRadius,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Service or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that organization, and “you” includes that organization. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service, and the Service is intended for business use only.
1. What we provide
ReqRadius provides automated hiring-market intelligence (“Deliverables”), including hire-difficulty indexes, licensed-professional counts, wage comparisons, and related written guidance. We offer:
- Free Hire-Difficulty Check: a difficulty band for one role and one location. An email address is required, and free checks are limited to about three per email address per month.
- Score ($9.99): the full Hire-Difficulty Index with explained drivers and a pay comparison.
- Report ($14.99): everything in Score plus market detail such as licensed-professional counts, nearby competing workplaces with Google ratings, and recommended levers.
- Hiring Pack ($24.99): everything in Report plus a leadership summary, suggested offer range, a Benefits That Win This Role section (a ranked list of benefits for the role family, each marked as baseline or differentiator, with a short explanation and a cited public source), a Recruiting Events Near You section listing local event venues and formats, rewritten job posting, sourcing plan, and one free re-check.
Offer ranges, benefit rankings, event ideas, and other guidance are general market information drawn from public sources. They are not legal, tax, benefits, or employment advice, and you decide what to offer. Product features are described on our pricing page and may change over time. The features shown at the time of your order apply to that order.
2. How Deliverables are made
Deliverables are generated automatically from public data sources (such as U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics OEWS and JOLTS data, public license-holder counts, and public Google ratings displayed with attribution) together with the inputs you provide. Some sections, including the written sections of the Hiring Pack, are written by artificial intelligence. Every Deliverable passes automated quality checks, but no person reviews Deliverables individually before delivery. Google ratings are shown only live in the client portal, with Google Maps attribution. They are not stored by us and are not included in PDF or email copies of Deliverables. Recruiting Events sections list third-party venues using facts published on each venue's official website or its owner's or operator's official website as of the date shown in the Deliverable. Venues are independent businesses or organizations that are not affiliated with ReqRadius, and you are responsible for confirming details with the venue and for any event you hold. Some venue listings are first identified using OpenStreetMap data, © OpenStreetMap contributors, available under the Open Database License (https://www.openstreetmap.org/copyright). Data derived from OpenStreetMap remains subject to that license, and we provide a copy of the OpenStreetMap-derived data we use free of charge on request to [email protected].
3. Aggregate market intelligence only; not a consumer report
Deliverables describe labor markets, not individuals, and contain no information about identifiable individuals. ReqRadius is not a consumer reporting agency as defined in the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), and Deliverables are not consumer reports. We do not furnish Deliverables for any permissible purpose listed in the FCRA. By ordering or using a Deliverable, you represent that you are not requesting it for, and will not use it for, any purpose that would make it a consumer report, and that you will not treat any Deliverable as a consumer report.
4. Prohibited uses
- You may not use any Deliverable, in whole or in part, as a factor in determining any person’s eligibility for employment (including hiring, promotion, retention, or reassignment), credit, insurance, housing or tenant screening, or any other purpose covered by the Fair Credit Reporting Act or similar state laws.
- You may not combine Deliverables with background-screening or other person-level data.
- You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense Deliverables or any underlying source data, except source data made available under an open license (such as OpenStreetMap data under the Open Database License), which remains subject to that license. Sharing a Deliverable inside your own organization (for example, a leadership summary sent to your finance team) is permitted.
- You may not extract, copy, or store Google Maps content shown in the portal or in Deliverables.
- You may not misuse the Service, including by attempting to bypass free-check limits, interfering with its operation, or accessing it by automated means other than the interfaces we provide.
4A. Google Maps content
The Service includes Google Maps features and content. Your use of Google Maps features and content is subject to the then-current versions of the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service at https://maps.google.com/help/terms_maps/ and the Google Privacy Policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy.
5. Your inputs
To prepare a Deliverable, you may provide information such as a job title or profession, a location (such as a city and state, or a facility address), a search radius, offered pay, sign-on bonus, days open, your organization name, and job posting text or a link. You agree not to submit names or other personal data of candidates or employees. You confirm that you have the right to share your inputs with us, and you give us permission to use them to prepare and deliver your Deliverables and to operate the Service. We never show your inputs to other clients.
6. Informational only; no guarantee
Deliverables are estimates for general business information. They rely on third-party public data that may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate, and on automated and AI-generated analysis that may contain errors. Verify important facts with the primary source before relying on them. Deliverables are not legal, human-resources, employment, compensation, or financial advice, and they do not guarantee any hiring outcome. You are responsible for your own hiring decisions and for complying with the laws that apply to you.
7. Pricing, payment, and delivery
Paid plans (Score $9.99, Report $14.99, Hiring Pack $24.99, in U.S. dollars) are one-time charges per inquiry, paid by card and processed by Stripe. There are no subscriptions, automatic renewals, or invoices. Applicable taxes, if any, are shown at checkout. Deliverables are delivered by email as a PDF and through our passwordless client portal, normally within minutes of payment. Delivery times are targets, not guarantees.
8. Refunds and re-runs
Because each Deliverable is generated for you and delivered right away, paid orders are final except as described in this section.
- Errors. If a Deliverable contains an error (for example, the wrong role or location, missing sections, or a clear data or calculation error), email [email protected] within 2 business days of delivery. Include your order number and a short description of the problem. If we confirm the error, you may choose a corrected re-run or a full refund of that order.
- Non-delivery. If you paid and did not receive your Deliverable within 24 hours, email us with your order number. We will deliver it or refund the full price of that order.
- Duplicate charges. If you were charged more than once for the same order, we will refund the duplicate charge.
- Hiring Pack re-check. A Hiring Pack includes one free re-check of the same role and location within 30 days of delivery.
- Timing. We aim to respond to refund requests within 2 business days. Approved refunds go to the original card through Stripe. Card issuers usually post them within 5 to 10 business days.
- Card disputes. If something is wrong with a charge, please contact us first at [email protected] so we can fix it quickly. This does not limit any right you have to dispute a charge with your card issuer.
Free checks are provided at no charge and are not eligible for refunds.
9. Client portal and email delivery
The client portal uses passwordless sign-in links sent to your email address. Keep access to your email account secure; anyone who can open a sign-in or download link sent to you may be able to view your Deliverables. Sign-in and download links expire. Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you believe your access has been misused.
10. Confidentiality and non-exclusivity
We treat your inputs and Deliverables as confidential to your organization and retain them as described in our Privacy Policy. Deliverables are non-exclusive: we may provide reports on the same market to other clients.
11. Ownership and license
ReqRadius owns the Service and the Deliverables, including their format, methodology, and text, subject to the rights of third-party data providers. After you pay for a Deliverable (or receive a free check), we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your organization’s internal business purposes, consistent with these Terms.
12. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service and all Deliverables are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Your remedy for an erroneous or undelivered Deliverable is the re-run or refund described in Section 8.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReqRadius will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, lost revenue, hiring costs, or business interruption, arising out of or related to the Service or any Deliverable, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for all claims arising out of or related to the Service will not exceed the total amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.
14. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ReqRadius from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Service or any Deliverable, including any prohibited use described in Section 4, or from inputs you submit in violation of these Terms.
15. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Oklahoma, and you and ReqRadius consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. Before filing a claim, please contact us at [email protected] so we can try to resolve the issue informally.
16. Changes to the Service and these Terms
We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. When we update these Terms, we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date. Changes apply to orders placed after the new version is posted. Your continued use of the Service after that date means you accept the updated Terms.
17. General
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and ReqRadius about the Service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Neither party is responsible for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
