Privacy Policy
Effective September 28, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how ReqRadius LLC, an Oklahoma limited liability company (“ReqRadius,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, and shares information when you use reqradius.com, the ReqRadius client portal, and our reports (together, the “Service”).
1. Who we are
ReqRadius provides automated hiring-market intelligence reports to organizations. You can reach us about privacy at [email protected].
2. Information we collect
- Email address. Required to run a free Hire-Difficulty Check, to place an order, to deliver reports, and to sign in to the passwordless client portal. For the free check, we also use it to limit free checks to about three per month.
- Order inputs. Information you enter about an opening, such as job title or profession, location (such as a city and state, or a facility address), search radius, offered pay, sign-on bonus, days open, organization name, and job posting text or a link. These are business facts about an opening; please do not include personal data about candidates or employees.
- Payment information. Payments are collected and processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store full card numbers. Stripe shares limited transaction details with us, such as the amount, date, and payment status.
- Technical data. Basic information such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages requested, and timestamps, collected in server and security logs when you use the Service.
- Messages you send us. If you email us, we receive your email address and the contents of your message, and we use them to respond and keep a record of the request.
- Feedback. If you answer our optional feedback survey, we keep your answers to improve our reports, and we use any contact details you give only to follow up on that feedback, and only if you ask us to.
- Cookies. We use only cookies and similar technologies needed to operate and secure the Service, such as keeping you signed in to the portal. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
3. What our reports contain
Our reports are aggregate market analytics built from public data sources, such as U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics OEWS and JOLTS data, public license-holder counts, and public Google ratings. They contain no names, contact details, or scores of individual professionals.
4. How we use information
- To create and deliver your reports by email and through the client portal.
- To process payments, handle refunds and re-runs, and keep transaction records.
- To enforce free-check limits, prevent fraud and abuse, and secure the Service.
- To maintain and improve the Service, including our automated quality checks.
- We currently send only service emails, such as sign-in links, receipts, “your report is ready” notices, and replies to your requests. If we begin sending marketing emails, we will ask for your consent first, and every marketing email will include our valid physical postal address and a working unsubscribe link.
- To comply with legal obligations.
5. How we share information
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only as needed to run the Service:
- Service providers that process information on our behalf, including Stripe (payment processing), Resend (email delivery), Cloudflare (website hosting, security, and content delivery), Google Maps Platform (live display of workplace ratings with attribution; Google’s use of information is governed by the Google Privacy Policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy), and providers of the AI services that help generate the written sections of reports, which receive the order inputs needed to write those sections.
- Legal and safety reasons, when we believe disclosure is required by law or needed to protect the rights, property, or safety of ReqRadius, our clients, or others.
- Business transfers, if ReqRadius is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Privacy Policy.
6. Retention
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described above. Order inputs and reports are kept so you can access them in the portal. We intend to delete them 12 months after delivery, and you can ask us to delete them sooner at any time. Transaction records are kept as long as required for tax and accounting purposes. Email addresses used for free checks are kept as long as needed to deliver results and apply the monthly limit. Server and security logs are kept for a limited period. Sign-in and download links expire. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, as described below.
7. Your choices and rights
You can ask to access, correct, or delete your personal information by emailing [email protected]. We may need to verify your request before acting on it, and we may keep information where the law requires it (for example, transaction records). Some U.S. state privacy laws give residents additional rights, such as the right to know, delete, or correct personal information and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We offer the access, correction, and deletion options above to everyone, whether or not a particular law applies to us. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights. You may use an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf, subject to verification.
8. Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and signed, expiring sign-in and download links. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children
The Service is intended for adults using it for business and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. United States focus
The Service is designed for organizations in the United States, and information is processed and stored in the United States. If you use the Service from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be processed in the United States.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to let you know.
