Each plan is still one product. A pack for a nurse in Tulsa is the same file as a pack for a pharmacist in Austin. Only the monthly count and the number of people change.

Six thousand is the top self-serve count. Seats are unlimited because the constraint at this volume is the work, not the login list.
Prices in USD. Tax, if any, is added by Stripe at checkout. A smaller team should start on Starter, Team, or Pro. One pack, when you only need one, is $24.
No. The counter starts over on the renewal date. If you ran 900 of 1,500, the next period opens at 1,500, not 2,100.
On the $3,999 plan there is no seat cap. Anyone you invite can sign in and run a pack, until the 6,000-pack count for that period is used up. The other enterprise plans stop at 100 and 250 seats.
Yes. Cancellation stops the next yearly charge. The packs and seats stay available through the year you already paid. We do not refund the months left on that year, except where the refund section of the Terms says a charge was a duplicate or a pack failed and you chose a refund.
